Dr.Laborde understood my situation right away and recommended the correct treatment right immediately. I was surprised even my pharmacy was very fast. Shingles aren't manageable that easily. But thanks to Dr.Laborde, I’m on the mend, and I am very happy that I started the treatment very early stage.

As always, overall it was a good experience. Been coming here for years. The anomaly for this visit was the wait time, never had to wait more than 15min. Regardless, wasn't a big problem as this was also the busiest I've seen it during my appointment. Highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased with both Dr. Laborde and his staff. He was highly competent and had a wonderful way of showing concern and warmth. He even answered concerns which I had not previously requested, and he explained possible causes of my problem. He is a graduate of Tulane Medical School (my daughter's medical school) with 20+ years of successful practice, and my daughter was delighted to hear of his diagnosis and of the medicines prescribed for me. Obviously, I would go back if the need should ever arise.

A very short wait, in fact, right on time. First met with an assistant who verified some initial information and gathered some additional information before meeting with Dr. Laborde. He was very friendly and zoomed right into the specifics of my visit. We discussed options for treatment and he finished up by asking me if there were any other concerns I'd like to discuss. Checkout was quick and easy and I was informed before leaving that a prescription had already been submitted for me. By the time I got home I had a text from my pharmacy that the prescription was in process. Overall, a great experience.
